SIGNATURE BAKES
Cinnamon Rolls- baked fresh and the best you'll ever have. Flavors vary.
Whoopie Pies- homemade soft cookie-like sandwiches with decadent fillings.
Handcrafted Pies- satisfyingly sweet and sometimes ooey-gooey. Varieties vary.
Brownies & Bars- a crowd favorite and easy to grab and go. Varieties vary.
Snack & Trail Mixes- sometimes savory and sometimes sweet. Good for on-trail snacking or a tasty breakfast.
Sweet Breads- that comforting slice of heaven that makes coffee taste that much better. Varieties vary.

How it All Started
After retiring to the UP in 2016, Tammy started baking for a restaurant in town as a way to support a local business during The Pandemic and enjoy her hobby. One thing led to another and one evening, on the fishing boat, a dream was born- a roadside micro bakery catering to backwoods adventurers.
